Due Diligence Management

Included Basic Package. After successfully binding a contract for purchase, Mid South Title would assign a Buyer’s Advocate from a pool of local real estate agents to guide the Buyer through all Due Diligence benchmarks, coordinate inspections and follow ups, and marshall the process to closing. A Buyer’s Closing Concierge. *Includes $500.00 credit toward the Title Closing Fee of a successful closing with Mid South Title.
Ultimate Package
Home Search Guidance

Includes Basic and Enhanced Packages. For the Buyer wants to begin the home buying process and seeks assistance in searching and vetting properties, obtaining mortgage pre-qualification, and would like hands-on showings. Mid South Title would assign a Buyer’s Advocate from a pool of local registered real estate agents to learn the needs and desires of the Buyers and begin the home search. A great value to the Buyer in contrast to current agent commission structure. *Includes $500.00 credit toward the Title Closing Fee of a successful closing with Mid South Title.
